Management of the Company
The overall management of the company will be vested with the Board of Directors. The Board formulate company policies and will appoint of the executives and provide guidelines for its operation. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive to look after the day-to-day business affairs and other logistics support of the company. The following diagram shows the Organ gram of the Company.
