Introduction
The Buying Office “Century Fashion” and “Synergy” began in the mid of the nineties with the proper approval of the “Central Bank of Bangladesh”, when we realised the way to excel in this highly demanding and extremely competitive world of readymade garment. In the eighties, there was a mushroom growth of garment industries in Bangladesh. But most of those could not survive long as they failed to cope with the immense pressure, ever-changing need of buyers, and constant demand for quality and in-time shipment.
Our family and friends who manufacture knit items for decades declined to perish like many others. We all decided we got to have a winning strategy and efficient management team to operate in real time where changes occur at a dizzyingly quick pace. “Century Fashion”, specialised for light + heavy knit wears, and “Synergy”, specialised for woven wears, have been the answer to it.
Manufacturing of garments requires adequate correspondence, meticulous follow-up, proper production planning, immediate execution, and constant drive for quality. In view of this need, we decided to form watchdog outfits that would monitor factory operations, re-check quality, formulate real-time strategy, do correspondence, bank ordeals and, above all, marketing on day to day basis so that the factory production can be put through double check and they can concentrate on improving quality of goods and maintaining shipment schedule strictly. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increase flexibility, and greater value, thus optimizing system functionality and improving operation efficiency. Our associates are distinguished by their functional and technical expertise combined with their hands-on experience, thereby ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and professional service.
Efficient merchandisers, quality controllers and a group of able marketing and follow-up staffs form the core of “Century Fashion” and “Synergy” to assist the factories. With factories only focused on production, the result is just awesome. We hardly have any late shipment, quality is reasonable, our production space never lays vacant, and the companies are growing from strength to strength. We also do the sourcing for buyers who have market for different assortment of products.
“Century Design and Fashion (Pvt.) Ltd.” was founded in the year of 2003. The nature of business is here 100% Export Oriented Garments Manufacturer Industries for Knit Wears. On the other hand, “Synergy Design and Fashion (Pvt.) Ltd.” was founded in the year of 2006 and the nature of business is here 100% Export Oriented Garments Manufacturer Industries for Woven Wears. Both Century and Synergy Design and Fashion (Pvt.) Synergy Group has developed all these years and had been able to develop worldwide. In the first month of 2013, Synergy Group inaugurated a new office in Italy. It has also realised a customer service in China.

Synergy Italy represents Synergy Group ltd office in Italy and in Europe in an equally innovation and operation. It provides considerably supports to the “Mother Company” with the contribution with the Italian professionals for research and development of technologies, for the fit, pattern maker, design, print/embroidery, washing and special treatments. In addition we follow our customers with effective intervention, modern and new, about the control and monitoring of production system.
The China Customer Service, it deals in the research of all typologies of quality raw materials with competitive price and accessories produced in China. It provides considerably supports to the “Mother Company” by scorching, procurement and supplying.
